No! We're all parents here at BebeBundle so we know that our products are being used as everyday items. Use and care for them as if they were your own.

Please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@bebebundle.com. We will contact you within 24 hours to see how we can repair the damage. For any small issues we may send you a replacement part. In the event of major damage you may receive a replacement product. The most important thing for us is that you have a product that works!

If your child decides to sit in the same stroller for 4 years or to use the same bouncer for 2 years, you could have bought a product for the same price. However, we offer you other advantages: We take care of all repairs, so you always have a working product. In addition, your plan is flexible, you really only use your product for as long as you need it and can replace it with something you do need. Plus you're doing your part to take care of our environment.

No problem! Just send us an email at info@bebebundle.com to let us know you are ready to change the product. You can do this after 3 months at the earliest.

We'll then send you a return label for your old rental property and you can order your new product.

We have both used and new items available to rent. When you rent a new product it will arrive unused in its original packaging.

Yes, we charge a small one-time fee of $19.95 to cover the cost of preparing your BebeBundle items for delivery. This fee ensures that your gear arrives in perfect condition!
