We are a a fully flexible rental subscription service. Your monthly subscription cost is the price above.

Keep your rented item for as long as you need, and cancel the subscription at any time by contacting us directly.

Your item must be returned in its original box, we recommend flattening the box for storage and reassembling when you are ready to return!

Shipping

Our standard dispatch time is one week, plus shipping. Please plan accordingly. Need your items sooner? Just give us a heads up, and we'll see if we can expedite your order!

Packaging

Your items will arrive in eco-friendly cardboard boxes or sustainable mailers, both reusable for returns.

Remember, all Snoo packaging must be retained for returns. Failure to do so will incur a $75 charge for new packaging and return shipment.

Returns

Enjoy hassle-free returns with no subscription obligations. Your membership ends once your item is back with us. Learn more about our return process here.

For valuable items, we advise ensuring coverage through your home insurance or obtaining separate insurance, as our policy excludes coverage for loss or theft.
